Austin Vehicle Delivery

Call us if you need to have a vehicle driven to or from Austin, TX.  One of our professional drivers will assist in relocating your vehicle while you focus on your corporate relocation or vacation.  You can relax knowing that your vehicle will be delivered in the same condition in which you left it.  

Typically allow one week for this type of service to be arranged.  At the time your reservation is made, we will need to gather a credit card number for a 50% deposit.  The remainder will be charged upon completion of service.  We will send you a few forms to fill out regarding the vehicle's condition, insurance, and routing details. On the day of service, you and the driver will complete an inspection and sign-off on the vehicle's condition.  The vehicle must be in good working order capable of reaching its destination without any maintenance other than fuel.

Pricing:

We charge $1.20/mile with a 500 mile minimum charge. The vehicle must be dropped-off with a full tank of gas.

FAQ:

Will there be any additional charges for driver expenses?
The price per mile includes all expenses incurred for the service.

Do you only deliver/pick-up in Austin?
Yes, we will service in either direction.  However, either the departure or arrival location must be Austin, TX.

Who actually will drive my car?
An ATX driver who has already passed a criminal background check, has a driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the previous 2 years, and has been screened in our interview process. You will have access to a cell phone with the driver so that you can check status during the trip.

*What is your commitment to delivery time?
We will work with you to arrange delivery by a certain date and time of your choosing.  However, certain allowances must be made for weather, traffic, road closures, and any unforseen events.

**What is your policy on leaving personal items in the vehicle?
We understand that the convenience factor in having personal items delivered with the vehicle.  We will have you sign a waiver stating that ATX is not responsilbe for any of these items and that they are separately insured.  A list of these items must be provided to us prior to the reservation date.
